Telephone Systems

Arcomm has extensive factory training and experience with installing, programming, and servicing most major brands of telephone systems. We focus on the Avaya line of systems as the one by which all others are measured. We also carry the Panasonic line of systems.

Our telephony experience includes legacy analog and digital systems, Voice Over Internet Protocol (VoIP), hosted, POTS line service, PRI service, and SIP service.

Peripheral services include Automatic Call Distribution (ACD), voicemail, voicemail to email, unified messaging, call accounting, music on hold, messaging on hold and many others. We also provide various add on products like corded/cordless headsets, corded/cordless telephones, voice door boxes, campus security telephones, UPS/battery backups, and lightning surge protection. We also offer in-building intercom systems, long-range cordless phones with 2-way radio, and in-building cellular repeater systems.
